I can only write non fiction about myself. Its what I have been doing since I was in high school by keeping a journal. Whenever I try my hand at something else it seems unnatural and trying.
I pretty much write mainstream, here and now, today fiction. Prior to my foray into mainstream, I stuck with fantasy. I have no clue why I suddenly switched, but I definitely like the switch.
